Rules of play
Lohmann & KG, Irlicher Straße 55, D-56567 Neuwied (henceforth ‘L&R’), is inviting existing Rosidal K-customers (m/f/d) take part in a creative competition: “Rosidal 60 years”. This competition involves creating an anniversary image that is as creative as possible using the products made available in addition to other objects. An L&R-internal panel selects the best image. All participants (who provide their email address) receive a digital collage of the campaign as a thank-you. The 3 entrants sending in the winning images will receive an extra thank-you via their local sales department. The deadline for participation registrations for the campaign is 30/09/2020; all images must be uploaded by 31/10/2020.

Process: Taking part is easy!
Registration period 03/02/2019 – 30/09/2020:
Request your basic materials in the form of a free starter kit at: rosidalk.lohmann-rauscher.com.
Any persons not registered by 30/09/2020 cannot participate in the creative competition.
Participation period 01/04/2020 – 31/10/2020:
Design an original image using the starter kit. Other objects from home or from the workplace may be added at any time. Upload the image to the voting page https://rosidalk.lohmann-rauscher.com by 20/05/2020.
Voting phase 01/11/2020 – 30/11/2020:
All participants can cast their vote. The final decision falls to the jury. The winner (m/f/d) will then be notified by email.
Participation conditions
Participants must be adults (m/f/d) that have a business relationship with L&R through a Rosidal portfolio. Employees of Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG, as well as companies affiliated with L&R are excluded from participation.
The following information is required for participation in the creative competition:
- Practice/clinic/hospital name
- First name & surname
- Street & house number
- Postcode & city
- Country
- Email address
Participants in the competition are not obligated to obtain products or services from L&R and/or companies affiliated with L&R.
Prizes are not transferrable, and cannot be swapped or exchanged for a monetary payout.
By uploading the image, the participant confirms that he/she is in sole possession of the image copyright. The participant guarantees that any person(s) visible in the image have consented to its publication. However, should a third party assert claims against L&R in relation to the image copyright or on the basis of infringement of rights (e.g. privacy rights), the participant shall release L&R from all claims and costs resulting in connection with claims including any reasonable legal costs. By uploading the image, the participant transfers the non-exclusive right of use and processing (for the purposes stated) to L&R, irrevocably and without time limitation, for media coverage of the competition (particularly on the website and on L&R social media platforms).
Any infringement of these participation conditions entitles L&R to exclude the respective participant from participation. This shall particularly apply if the participant provides false information, or if his/her submission infringes current laws or third-party rights, or is not in keeping with the company sense of decency. If the excluded participant has already been identified as the winner, the win may be retrospectively disallowed.
